Conservation's Operator Certification Program is pleased to inform you
that the Operator Reimbursement Program has been extended for state
fiscal year 09 (July 2008 through June 2009). Even better, the amount
of funding allocated to each operator for water training reimbursement
has been increased from $500 to $1,500. The specifics of the program
