Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to the Texas BUC$ treasurer at dellison@smu.edu no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the scheduled event. A 25% administrative fee will be withheld from the original registration amount for each cancellation. Refund requests will not be accepted following the event. Registrant substitution requests will be permitted. Substitution notifications must be submitted in writing to the Texas BUC$ treasurer at dellison@smu.edu no later than one week prior to the event. Refunds will not be processed until after the event.
